No Shutdown:

You can easily remove the "SHUT DOWN" button & can disturb anyone who doesn't know about this trick...
GO to run,type regedit,
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer
"NoClose"="DWORD:1" Stumble Upon Toolbar
